Ayn Rand цитата: I swear by my life and my love of it …

You are mine, woman, and I am yours. Until you, my life was desolate. I existed, but I didn't truly live. Now I live, even in my death.

I never knew any man in my life who could not bear another's misfortunes perfectly like a Christian.

I cannot allow another man to take what I already consider mine.

I have attempted to write the following account of myself, as if I were a dead man in another world looking back at my own life. Nor have I found this difficult, for life is nearly over with me. I have taken no pains about my style of writing.

I have fought my fight, I have lived my life,
I have drunk my share of wine;
From Trier to Koln there was never a knight
Had a merrier life than mine.

I was born a vegetarian. … I feel there is no need to cause another living thing pain or harm. There are so many other things we can eat. I have never eaten meat in my life, and I’m 5 foot 10 and not exactly wasting away. A wise man once said, ‘Animals are my friends, and I’m not in the habit of eating my friends.’ That is exactly how I feel.

Well another man might have been angry,
And another man might have been hurt,
But another man never would have let her go…
I stashed the bill in my shirt.

A dream come true, I'll live there till I die.
I'm asking you to say my last goodbye.
The love we knew ain't worth another try.

If I abandon this project I would be a man without dreams and I don't want to live like that: I live my life or I end my life with this project.

My dad always told us never to live where we could see the smoke from another man's chimney. He told us we should never live so close to another's house that the chickens would mingle in the woods.
