After all, is not a real Hell better than a manufactured Heaven?
I'm not a god or the God, but we're all God and we're all potentially divine — and potentially evil. We all have everything within us and the Kingdom of Heaven is nigh and within us, and if you look hard enough you'll see it.
Parting is all we know of Heaven,
and all we need of Hell.
"Is he in heaven? Is he in hell?"
"There is no heaven. There is no hell."
"There is no heaven? There is no hell?"
"That's all in your mind."
All that is real in me is God; all that is real in God is I. The gulf between God and me is thus bridged. Thus by knowing God, we find that the kingdom of heaven is within us.
You have a God who loves you, the power of love behind you, the Holy Spirit within you, and all of heaven ahead of you.
All heaven's glory is within and so is hell's fierce burning.
You must yourself decide in which direction you are turning
Parting is all we know of heaven
And all we need of hell
All Heaven is within thee, Man,
And all of Hell within thy heart:
What thou dost choose and will to have,
That hast thou wheresoe'er thou art.
Just as seeing Heaven's light gave him an awareness of God's presence in all things in the mortal plane, so it has made him aware of God's absence in all things in Hell.
